How do I submit artwork?

Customers can directly upload artwork on the product page or can email to artwork@engraveit.com if needed.

Can I choose multiple fonts

We can absolutely use multiple fonts. Feel free to put requests in the engraving information along with any other notes or requests. These notes will not engrave and if we need clarification, we will reach out!

Can you engrave my artwork?

There isn’t much that we cannot engrave. Upload the artwork on the products page and if there is ever a concern or artwork issue, we will reach out to ensure you get the highest quality product.

How much is the engraving?

All of our prices include 1 area of engraving.

Is there an additional fee for the back side?

Yes, there is the option on the product page to request an additional location, this will automatically adjust the price.

What is the turnaround time?

Typically we try and operate at a 3-4 day turnaround time before shipping orders. This can fluctuate throughout the year for various reasons. If you need something expedited, we would ask that you contact us.

How do you ship?

Our preferred method of shipping is UPS; however, we will ship in the most economic and reliable way for the item. PO Boxes and APO addresses must ship USPS.

Can you engrave on my….

More than likely yes! We strive to perform any engraving process needed for many different materials and items. If we cannot personalize it, we will be the first to let you know so that we don’t over promise and under-deliver, but we are confident in our abilities and look forward to your challenge.

Is there an order too big or too small?

We can handle any sized order! We don’t mind handling a single item or helping with large production. We have the equipment, space, and personnel to handle whatever is needed.

Can you get a particular color of an item?

Can’t find what you are looking for, reach out to us. We can often source it or will research to see if possible. There are many brands, colors, and styles in categories such as drinkware that we can often get product that isn’t represented on the website.
