One staff member can efficiently operate up to two engraving machines. Additional staffing may be recommended for larger events or higher guest volumes.
Items & Event Recommendations
Customers are welcome to provide their own products for engraving, or we can supply a variety of premium items for purchase and bring them to your event.
To maximize production during your event, we highly recommend pre-engraving company logos, standard artwork, or recurring designs before the event. This allows us to focus on personalizing each item with names, initials, dates, or custom messages while guests wait.
Typical engraving time ranges from 1–3 minutes per item, depending on the material, artwork, engraving size, personalization requested, and other production variables.
